This bungalow was in major need of a first floor bedroom with ensuite bath. Drafting several options for the client to review was essential. I was able to select the one that made the most sense for him and also incorporate his eclectic vibe. Drawing on unconventional colors, unique furniture and art helped this homeowner love his new space.
