Custom Furnishings
Sometimes, the perfect thing doesn’t exist—yet—whether that’s furnishings, cabinets, or light fixtures. When that happens, I’ll create a detailed design so you can envision any custom piece in your space. Once you agree to proceed with the proposed project, I’ll contact the appropriate vendor(s) and handle all details from conception through to delivery and installation.
Art Procurement
I have found that proper placement of art and similar decor are integral to a space’s feel and overall aesthetic. Art is subjective, but I can assist in showing options and even connecting you with artists for custom pieces.
Commercial & Residential Staging
Staging is a statistically proven way to increase the speed and occasionally value at which your property may be sold or rented. It’s easier for potential tenants to envision themselves in a professionally staged home, which is why this service is frequently recommended or requested by realtors and property management companies.
Sourcing & Procurement
When I make suggestions regarding any furniture, decor, or artwork for a project, I’ll handle the sourcing and procurement of whatever pieces you choose. On occasion, a client comes to me for assistance on finding a specific item. If you already know what you want, I’ll help you find it.
Art Placement
It may seem silly to some, but proper placement of art and similar decor can be integral to a space’s feel and overall aesthetic. I’ll assist with selecting new frames and mats, installing lighting, and the placement of art pieces.
