Meet Anna Zabriskie
I’m an award-winning interior designer and proud member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). A graduate with honors, I hold degrees in Interior Design, Kitchen and Bath Design, and Architectural Drafting.
My dedication to excellence has been recognized with numerous accolades, including being named to Virginia Living’s Top of the Trades 2023. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects across the U.S. and internationally, where I fell in love with every aspect of design and its ability to transform lives.
I founded Rōan Interiors to bring this vision to life — blending timeless design principles with a deep understanding of how our senses connect to the spaces we inhabit. Each project is a collaboration, tailored to reflect my clients’ needs, aesthetics, and lifestyles.

The Design Process
01 One-Hour, In-Person Interior Design Consultation
I’ll meet you at your home or place of business to discuss your project, understand your goals, and explore your vision for the space.
02 Budget Consideration
After learning what your goals are, we’ll review what you’re comfortable spending on the project.
03 Scope of Work
I’ll provide a quote with an hourly estimate based on the parameters of the work, and we’ll establish a retainer.
04 Look Book Creation
I’ll design a digital look book or construction drawings for your project based on our discussion, any inspiration you provided, & your budget.
05 Presentation
As part of the design process, I’ll present a curated selection of colors, furniture, and layout options for you to choose from, and I’ll also handle all ordering, shipping, and scheduled delivery to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
